There is a great book out there called "cherish" byJeanett Lynton. Whenever I get stuck or need layout or placement Ideas I look at it. It is great is had SOOO many layout ideas you can use. If you have this book you will never run out of ideas!
I get my pages printed at Sam's Club because I have a membership there. I print them out as 12x16 pages and then just cut them at home to 12x12 to fit in my albums. It is only $3.30. You can also print them at costco for $2.99. It is great to have them in albums to look at. Mckay loves to look through them. It is nice because all these pages and elements you download are defaulted to 12x12 size. You just have to add a 4 inch border to the bottom when you go to print them out.
