I got all these papers and embellishments from Shabby Princess site. I think it is called "Serendipity". I got the stapled ribbons from a differents set and just changed the color of them in photoshop. By going to the Image menu>adjustments> hue/saturation. I did it until it matched the rest of the paper. I did the same for the buttons. The nice thing is, is that you pick what you want and then just drag it on the page.
If you look really close you can see that my pictures have 2 borders around them. I use the shape tool and drap a rectangle behind the picture. If you right click on your picture layer and go to "blending options" then go to the very bottom and check "stroke" it will put a rounded square border around your picture. You can change the size of it too. You can put a "stroke" border around anything in Photoshop. I use it a lot. Play around in that menu... it is fun.
